I enjoyed creating a photo story about my students' field trip to the zoo. It took me some time but following all the instructions I finally finished the product and I felt so proud of myself. I think students in the classroom will independently be able to create a photo story or I-movie about a book review, their own families, classroom experiences, science, and social studies projects. PreK students will have a difficulty creating a photo story independently; however, with my help as a teacher and working in small groups they will enjoy it.

Tool #6 WIKIS
As a teacher I can use wikis to provide information to parents about their children progress, to organize field trips, and classroom parties. I can use wikis with my grade level team.
Students can use wikis as they make books reports, reviews, write or create stories and shared them with classmates as they post them on their wikis.

Tool # 5 Tagging and Social Bookmarking
Tagging and bookmarking are amazing resources teachers need. Using Delicious or Diigo will let us bookmarks on a webspace and allows networking.
I joined diigo.com and I located very interesting websites using tags such as Education, Teachers, Technology, Classroom. I bookmarked them and joined a Digital Story telling group.
Students can use tagging and bookmarking in the classroom in different ways, can share ideas, can have conversations about any assignment, and share resouces.

Tool #4 Cool Google Tools
It was very interesting and amazing how we can use Google Docs and Google Reader. I think it will be very helpful and useful in the classroom as well as with my coworkers as we share lesson plans and other documents. It was very exciting to learn about Google tools. I subscribed to the blogs I'm following.

tool #2 PLN
I think building a PLN is very important for me as an educator because, I'm going to be able to connect outside my classroom with other educators and share new ideas, interact with them about what's happening in my classroom. I will be able to communicate with my student's parents as well. I'm excited and can't wait to see how my students will enjoy building their own PLN.I commented on

Tool 1 Blog Set-up and registration
Creating a blog and adding an avatar took me some time but I got it.
Using blogs is a way to integrate technology into the classroom . It can be a way for students to communicate with each other as weel for the teacher to communicate with parents.
